We Love St Louis Style Pizza!

THE BEGINNING



Hi, I'm Jake. When my family and I were working on opening our first Jake's Pizza, we came up with an idea for our logo.  Here is me posing for a picture to produce our logo. When we closed the restaurants and switched to online frozen sales, we kept the same logo and still use it today!

HISTORY

In the summer of 2014, when I was 8 years old, my family and I moved from the St. Louis suburbs to Florida. 

Since coming here we have missed a lot of things about St. Louis, (not the cold!) mostly the PIZZA! We have tried tons of pizza and have not found anything close to the St. Louis Style pizza that we love. 

One day my mom and dad saw a closed pizza place that was for lease, and Jake's Pizza was born! Why not bring the amazing tastes of St. Louis to the good people of Florida? So that's what we did. We didn't know what to expect because St. Louis pizza is not like any other pizza. The special Provel® Cheese has to be brought in from St. Louis. My parents were shocked at how many other people from St. Louis live here now and also miss the St. Louis food. People from all over Florida were asking us to open a Jake's Pizza in their town! We couldn't be EVERYWHERE, so we decided to close our 3 restaurants and ship our pizzas, frozen all over the country. Now we are introducing the pizza we love to everyone, not just St. Louis Transplants. So even if you aren't from St. Louis and have never tried St. Louis style pizza with cracker thin, crispy crust and creamy Provel® Cheese, you should try it. We also have some other St. Louis specialties that you will love, like Toasted Beef Ravioli, Gooey Butter Cake and Provel® Cheese roped, shredded and in blocks.  So check us out. 

TODAY

As we have grown, we have moved into a larger facility. We will continue to meet the growing demand for Jake's Food. Most of our customers order our amazing, St. Louis food and have it shipped to them on dry ice. If you are in our area, you also can stop by and pick it up!
